I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Foot Locker (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online and was called a few days after. After giving me brief details about the role an interview was scheduled for a few days after that. The interview itself wasn't too difficult as the questions were mainly about myself and what I knew about the company.
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
