Had an interview scheduled with someone from HR and when the call started, they told me the role had changed and it wasn't a good fit anymore, before I was even able to speak to anything.
It probably wasn't a good fit based on what they were looking for but was a bit frustrating as I had prepared for the interview and such.

3/4 rounds - first round with recruiter to talk about salary/benefits, 2nd- Hiring manager -pretty much walk through of your resume and asking specific question on current situation of the company/role n see how you approach, 3rd- another director/sr director -similar to round 2, 4th - peer to learn about your experiences, also see how will handle current challenges, process. 5th- other stake holders- Operation/UX/research - walkthrough on resume.
