I completed the Wonderlic test before my interviews, which seemed to go well. I was brought in to discuss two different opportunities. The interviewers were friendly and expressed positive feedback during the conversations. I was under the impression that they were seriously considering me for a role and/or they wished to create a role for me. I followed up with a thank-you note and later checked in a few times via email and phone. Unfortunately, I never received a response. Several months later, I noticed two positions that aligned with my background (and looked like they were made for me) were listed, but I didn’t hear back despite applying. The overall process left me confused and disappointed by the lack of communication.

Question 1
Something along the lines of, "If productivity were measured in mph and the speed limit sign read "60" on it, how fast would you be going?"
Easy interview process. I filled out an app on indeed, then the company’s recruiter reached out to me. After that I had an interview within a couple days. Following my interview they asked if I’d like to best be what the job was like. That night I got an email with the official offer.

Question 1
How I dealt with a difficult circumstance on the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Foot Levelers (Roanoke, VA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Weird interview process. No follow up either and all over the place. There were multiple interviews as well. No work from home either or interview from home which in these days with zoom and all the other platforms you would think this would happen.
