Very Fast Job offer within 1 hour of interview. I like how you are able to feel comfortable with your interviewers. They seem to really call people back and not give them a run around.

It was easy, just apply online and get called in for interview. The manager is nice and if you know someone it'll help you get the job. that's really all to it.
