I applied through CraigsList, and received an email a couple weeks later. I had a phone interview, then was brought in for an in-person interview. Everyone I spoke to was warm, welcoming, and I was excited about the company. A couple weeks went by and I received an offer letter via email. I didn't think I had the option of negotiating salary, but I should have. I found out later that they deliberately gave me a low offer, assuming I would negotiate higher.
Questions were sent in advance and follow up questions were asked based on responses given. The salary range is posted with the jd but it seems that they want to stay at the lower end initially.

Where can you hit the ground running and what are your growing edges?
pretty standard interview process if they want an interview after you submit an application, I had a phone call interview first and then zoom call with a few people asking questions taking turns.
