The interview is standard. There will probably be multiple interviewers, and for a Micro technician position, they will be more interested in work ethic than experience. Emphasize your ability to work fast and for long hours. You will not be interviewed by HR but by your boss and your boss' boss. They may or may not have implemented a personality quiz

Apply, a few days or weeks later they’ll call, set up an interview. Have to take personality assessment, wait a few days/weeks then get an offer. It can be a long process or a short process but was long for me.

Overall straightforward questions. Nothing to stress about, if you feel worried before the interview, it should go relatively well as they are not too intimidating. The interviewer also is knowledgeable in the field of work and thus will see your level of understanding, they will want to know the extent of your knowledge

Interview
I had a one on one interview. There was kind of a lot of questions to answer, but not too hard. All questions were expected so I was well prepared. The interviewer was friendly, so that helped me to stay calm and relax.
