My interview process consisted of three phone interview sessions and one day of in-person interviews. The first phone interview was with the hiring manager, who asked me a series of boilerplate questions about my experience. She then sent me a writing exercise where I drafted a mock blog post for Fond. The second interview was with the VP of marketing, who reviewed my blog post and asked me more questions about my experience. The third round of phone interviews was with people in varying departments in the company to determine how I would coordinate with them. Finally, Fond flew me down to San Francisco for my final in-person interviews, which lasted all day.
