Follett Retail Sales Associate interview questions

The hiring manager just asked for my availability. My schedule was discussed in detail and we mutually agreed upon a start date. I also received an offer letter soon after hanging up the call. I finished all the necessary documentation and I officially received a start date. My offer was revoked 4 hours before my start time.

The interview process is pretty simple in my opinion. They ask if you've ever worked customer service before/worked as a cashier to see your best fit. Based on how well the training goes, they'll place you where you'll be needed the most but also somewhere they think you'll excel.
