I applied for the position. The process took 1 month. I interviewed at Folio3 in MAR-APR 2025
Interview
I recently went through an extensive recruitment process that spanned over a month. This included 3 technical interviews, 1 screening round, and 2 assessments. After successfully completing all stages, the HR team conducted reference checks and extended an offer. However, the offer was significantly below my expectations and the range I had initially communicated, so I respectfully declined.
Following that, HR informed me they would discuss with management to potentially revise the offer. To my surprise, just a day later, I received a call stating that the position had been filled internally. They added that I remained on their priority list for future openings.
While I appreciate being considered, the experience was disappointing. Investing so much time and effort only to find out the role was ultimately filled internally raises questions about the transparency and professionalism of the process. It would have been more respectful to communicate this possibility earlier on.
Screening -> Test -> 1st Technical Interview -> 2nd Technical Interview -> 3rd Company Overview Interview -> Onboarding -> Cross Departmental Orientation Session to get idea of SOPs and Company Operations
I applied online. I interviewed at Folio3 (Islamabad, Islamabad) in Oct 2023
Interview
Extremely unprofessional behavior by the person who was taking interview. He kept on criticising my CV format which has nothing to do with the interview. If there really was an issue with my CV they shouldn't have shortlisted me. Anyhow the person taking interview was some junior resource because he didn't even know that c#8 on wards we can add default implementation to interfaces also. He also didn't know abstract classes can have method definition inside of it. Only abstract methods can't have definition of them.
