I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Folio3 (Karāchi) in Jan 2026
Interview
Hi,
I applied to Folio3 for a QA Engineer position. After submitting my assessment, I was invited to an online technical interview. Upon successfully clearing the first round, I received an invitation for a second interview, which was also technical and conducted onsite. After clearing that round as well, I was invited to a third interview with the Project Manager. It was mentioned that this would just be a casual discussion, and I understood it to be more of a cultural-fit conversation. In my opinion, it went well.
However, after a couple of days, I received a rejection email stating that I did not qualify due to unsatisfactory test results. This was quite surprising. If my test results were not satisfactory, The question is that how did I reached there if the assessment results was not satisfactory?and successfully cleared two technical interview rounds.
To be honest, the overall experience felt disappointing and like a waste of time.
