We had a preliminary phone interview for the role 2-3 days after I applied. The interviewer read me the script of what they are looking for (organized, detail oriented, etc.). Very generic. She asked me three questions, and it was obvious that this was just a screen for who would fit into their budget. I answered the questions well, and had done research on the company which I presented as positive and exciting. However, the interviewer seemed completely distracted and uninterested from the start (after calling me almost 10 minutes late). After I answered her question related to salary, she completely checked out.
