Focal Systems Field Operations Manager interview questions

I was interviewed separately by three members of upper management. Each interview was relatively relaxed, with a strong interest in my professional background and personal interests. All interviews were conducted remotely, and were relatively flexible with scheduling with the CEO interview being the only exception.
