I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Flywheel in Jun 2018
Interview
I had a phone interview with the co-founder Jung Lee. It sounded like he was having his lunch during the process since he kept muting his end, and when he'd get back I could clearly hear him eating. The way he described the job position did not sound professional. He explained that this is essentially an entry-level job and the description is just there for credentials. He didn't engage in conversation after asking his questions about me either. There were lengthy pauses after I answered my questions, which lead me further to believe he was busy doing something else. Overall, the phone interview was very awkward.

Question 1
Explain a time you had to deal with a difficult situation and how you handled it.
The team seemed very nice in phone call interview. However, interview included a case study and smartsheet assessment that took a very long time and seemed to be a waste of time in the process.

Met with one of the PMs initially. He assigned a case study and timeline. Met again with him and 3 other people who I believe were directors. It was pretty average, they went around asking questions
