You sit down with about 3 managers and they ask you questions about times you've overcome a challenge, times you've shown leadership, etc. It is important to have questions prepared.
Very basic interview questions, usually in a group interview format. Looking for someone that is a team player and is a good people-person. Asked a lot of questions about leadership and motivation. Seems like they are looking for highly motivated people.
