I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fluxon (Noida) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview was medium in difficulty, and the interviewer was very kind and supportive. Therefore, in the first round, they asked about JavaScript concepts and required that you review and explain code written in JavaScript. In addition, there are two DSA problems: move zeroes and valid parenthesis.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fluxon in Nov 2025
Interview
The first stage was an HR interview. The HR representatives were very pleasant, told me a lot about the company, and asked questions about my background. This part of the process left a very positive impression.
Then I had two technical interviews. The first technical interview went very well. I was interviewed by a person from the US, and the conversation was friendly and engaging. It was clear that he was genuinely interested in learning more about my experience. The technical task was also interesting and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the second technical interview was a very negative experience. First of all, the interviewer did not seem interested in listening to me, even though he was asking about my experience. I was asked two “technical” questions. The first one was to explain how to create a button animation, which felt quite outdated, especially considering that such information is easily available online and with modern tools.
The second task was not completed because I was interrupted before I could finish. The interviewer took over and wrote the solution himself. Yes, I was thinking through the problem slowly, but I am 100% confident that I am capable of solving such tasks. However, I was not given enough time — I was rushed, interrupted, and treated in a disrespectful manner.
After this interview, I was left with a very unpleasant impression of the process.
