I had a semi formal interview with a few colleagues. Was relaxed and made to feel at home. Asked some technical questions, and some about the working culture. Felt the interview went well and that I was a good candidate and could get on with the people I spoke with, but was taken no further, unfortunately.

Interview
Straightforward; I had a call from the recruiter offering me an interview and had an interview 2 days later via Zoom. 1:1 meeting with the team manager, this was a first stage interview which was competency based and in depth on my CV.

Q: Tell me a time where you managed stakeholder expectations. Q: Tell me a time where you had to challenge stakeholders. Lots of questions around my knowledge of different reporting systems.
