Very unprofessional, in first call they asked for my expectations and I let her know and HR was okay and she gave me a time when someone will call me but no one called me on given time . In second call I gone through telephonic technical round which I have cracked easily, again HR called me for next round but no one one called me at given time but finally I got the manager's call on next day and he asked me about my current profile but I have finished this round as well... Finally after 2 days another HR called me and she was asking me for submitting my original 10th and 12th mark sheets which I simply denied and after confirming this demand by management she was ok and she told me there is no medical policy in fluper, you have to come office before 30 mins of your shift time and you would have to strach till late night and you have to work on Saturday as well and I was ok with these conditions. she asked me for one year bank statement for salary back up and my offer letter of current organisation which I had given to her after that she told me that one of the senior will call me and discuss the final offer but again no one called me. Finally after one week I called to HR and ask about to generate the offer latter and she told me that your expectation is too high so we are not considering you. Can you guys imagine what kind of process they follow.... Actually they don't have no process very unprofessional. They just wested my time. Even I gone through the fluper youtube channel employee dislike there CEO videos. This is really bad. Please be careful these types of shops.
