The salary they offered was based on current in hand (Not even considering total CTC!) and increment also not good.

I applied online. I interviewed at Fluper (Noida) in Aug 2018
Interview
Cleared 2 technical rounds, called for machine test. Before machine test package discussion happened and then they said your interview was not clear.
Worst experience in that organisation. Package discussion should be done at the initial level and if you can't afford then just don't call and waste our time.
2 technical round + 1 machine test + HR round
