2nd Interview with dept
3rd Interview with Hiring Manager
Closed room one to one until Hiring manager brought in her colleagues to interview.
1st interview with HR is just a formal interview to see if you are a good candidate for the position.
2nd and 3rd interview are with the respectable dept which you have applied to (e.g accounting)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fluor (Irving, TX) in May 2021
Interview
It starts out with a phone interview with the Director you'd be working under. If you pass the phone interview, they invite you into the office for a 2 hour in person interview with the same Director, a Manager, another Director, and then all 3 at the same time.
