I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fluor (Greenville, SC)
Interview
Applied through on-campus career website. About 2 weeks later had first interview on-campus with two accounting managers. They were very informal and friendly. They first asked, tell me about yourself but something not on your resume. Everything from then on was conversational. It was easy to relax and allow my personality to shine through, which is what they wanted. At the end of the interview they told me I had great interview skills. About a week or two later, I got a call from the HR department to schedule an interview at their office in Greenville. In-office interview was informal as well. I interviewed with 6 different people including accountants, accounting managers, financial analysts, and I believe the controller. Prepare for "why this company," "why this job," "why your school," "strengths and weakness." Be able to describe your work experiences and relate them to job applying for (even if not directly related). Be able to sell yourself without being overzealous and all the while showing personality.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing was out of the norm. They want to get to know you, so don't be thrown off if they ask you why you chose your school and why you want to move to the job city.
