I was scheduled for a phone interview and then completely GHOSTED by the first person of contact for the company. If the position is filled do not schedule an interview and then waste a potential candidate's time. This company will miss out on excellent talent due to her unprofessionalism and lack of communication skills. She is representing your company poorly and is the first point of contact that is representing your organization. Please be advised and do better!
