Fluid Components International interview questions

Family (nepotism) company. Initial interview with HR took about 15-20 min to provide a brief background. Could not ask any appropriate interview questions. So much unnecessary info about how many years people have worked there and that older gen might want to retire after their company has been purchased by a larger well known company. Talked about how the company who has purchased them were not buying competition. It took 5 min to reject me as a candidate saying I did not have enough experience then recommended field technician roles which only needed HS diplomas she says (I have BSME), but this is what many people have done in our company to train and familiarize you w/ our products.
