The Interviews was consisted into two interviews, one technical with a process design engineer and he check my experience in water and waste water treatment and one commercial Human Resources person

Very long process(like 3 months).
HR was totally unaware of the company benefits like pension, health insurance, organizational structure etc(maybe there none). Information from HR was not reliable as contradictory information was provided. Two interviews planned. Offer received based on " take it or leave it". Offer declined.
Entrevista con RRHH + Jefe de área. Se recibió un sondeo por teléfono y luego se realizo una reunión presencial. Conversación cordial y amena. Es una empresa que si bien en internacional se maneja como una de menor escala.
