1st interview with bdr manager with typical backgorund check of why you want to get into sales and Flowcode. 2nd interview is a panel style with Sales leads pitching your process of going after an account. Final interview is a brief culture check with the CEO.

fast process however a bit disorganized! Great people and good energy but very much startup vibes. In person interview involved a case study which was straightforward. There was lack of clarity over structure and timeline of hiring.
