Overall the process was very thorough and you were kept well informed before and after each round. The technical questions and exam clearly let you know where you stand and what is expected in the role. The in person interview was candid and thought provoking. It was a pleasant and challenging interview at the same time.

I applied online through their website. The process was very smooth. Their steps were organised and interviews were scheduled on time. The selection process had 5 steps: 1. Resume shortlist (I am a final year Computer Science student at IIT Delhi) 2. Discussion with the HR (our expectations/ their requirements/ our qualifications) (1/2 hr) 3. Technical Interview (mostly Linux command based questions, some basic python questions, 1 scenario question) (1 hr) 4. IQ/Verbal Ability and Personality Test 5. HR based interview (1 hr) (They told me that there is going to be another round at their offices, but they extended me the offer letter just after this round). The interviewers were extremely patient and candid. The HR based round was mostly about how we would react to situations of panic and urgency, what we wish to achieve in the future, how would we take up adjusting into a new environment and a new country.
