Interview
The process can be broken down into on-campus and off-campus components.
The off-campus component required the submission of a Resume and a Cover letter.
This was followed by a Video Interview in which we were asked basic fit questions, along with a personality test and an aptitude test. The personality test contained 192 questions to be attempted in 30 minutes and the Aptitude test contained 68 questions to be attempted in 30 minutes.
The shortlisted students were asked to go through a Mental Maths test, which contained 75 questions to be attempted in 10 minutes.
This was followed by an interview with a mixed panel of a Trader and a HR. A lot of behavioral questions and fit-based questions were asked.
The final step was a case study round. We were given a case study to solve in 30-40 minutes.This was followed by a interview with a panel comprising of 2 Traders. The interview was based on the case study and the panel is interested in understanding your thought process and testing your ability to grasp various concepts associated with trading. The case study interview served as a simulation of the trading floor.
The entire process was conducted in a span of 2-3 weeks and the Flow Traders team was very transparent and professional in all the interactions.

A number of behavioral questions were asked. Have a good idea of why you want to pursue a career in Trading.
First was a mental maths test of roughly same level as Optiver 80 in 8. Then had a 1-1 interview with HR, did not pass as had not researched company well enough.

Interview
I passed the online mental math test, then got eliminated in the second round which was an online interview with HR, where I was asked to play a market-making game in which I had no previous experience. Although it is a junior position, you are still expected to have plenty of technical knowledge.

First round - math test, second round with HR on behavior questions, then with trader and HOT on more technical questions, do not expect deep knowledge on ETF. In general, it was not in a very harsh environment
