Standard OA including mental arithmetic, sequence questions. First round HR interview mostly focuses on fit, with light technicals about ETF pricing. Technical interviews expand on that: quick arithmetic, probability calculations. Final-round is pretty complex for someone with little experience, seems like they want someone ready to work from day 1; Lots of ETF questions, lot's of market correlation questions. Very "guarded" as in they only accept one solution as correct and will tell you to try again until they hear the answers they have noted down, so don't stress yourself out when you're told to look for a different answer.

First step is sequences and mental math. Both are medium level. You will pass if you prepare a bit. Second step is the one-way virtual interview. In the virtual interview, you will have 30 seconds to think before you answer and you will have a single take.
