Disappointing, they promise an income and average sales that is not true, maybe 1-3 Sales people out of 30 will achieve, at Christmas. They churn workers. 30 word minimum. 30 word minimum.

Fairly simple, two stage interview. First was one on one, second was a panel. Standard interview questions, with the normal car biz and sales stuff thrown in there. Just show up, be professional and confident and you'll get it.
