offered nice benefits with what they called Scamper checks, all it is is them holding your overtime paying 1/3 thru a farm tax and getting it every 4 months...said that it was an achievable goal to do 50K which is what I left, when in fact after I was there was told by a long term sales 10 plus years that he doubted that I would see that....even had a prior manager tell me to run for the hills.
