OPS process was much more simple for interview. But, to become a specialist there were more personality based questions. The way to answer is always with a specific example of how you implemented what you speak on

Interview was complete and thorough. It was held on Teams and was a very typical interview. The team lead and one other employee were present. They traded off questions and gave me an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
