I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Florida Coastal Construction and Development (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Interview

I was currently working for another company, and the interview was set for after hours. I met with the owner of Florida Coastal as well as both VP's. The interview itself was informal, yet informative. There was a question/answer period on both sides, a little negotiation on salary, and a job offer at the end.

Called by Jim, the VP He is super laid back. Came to interview, was hired in literally ten minutes. He will sit there, and sell the job to you, telling you how everyone is happy, you will get bonuses, he sells __$million of jobs, etc
