Face-to-face interview - they appeared to be considerate and professional. Interview was very comfortable and interviewers were easy to get along with. I would say that they seemed to truly care about their patients and employees.

They use a recruiter to "pre-screen" applications. They are not in the same office as where the interview takes place.
Three people interviewed me at the same time. Never had that experience before.
