They wanted to know what my current position entailed, and if I was experienced in travel, and sales b2b. A few of the questions they asked were salary expectation, and compensation. Once I was deemed suitable, The National Sales Manager interviewed me a few times in phone conversations, with more specific questions about my duties in the various positions I had held, how I responded to different situations, and what kind of experience I had in my current marketplace. They were open about what the job entailed (for the position I had applied for), and what duties I would fulfill if I took the position.
