Pros: The interview process was easy, and the recruiters were nice at first.
Cons: The process dragged on for over 3 weeks with only two interviews, then I got a generic “we’re moving on” email with no feedback. The $55K salary for a Customer Service Associate isn’t competitive for a tech job. I’m also concerned about the company’s tech being used to over-police certain neighborhoods, and I felt my strong qualifications were overlooked, maybe because of my appearance.
Advice to Management: Be clearer with candidates, give feedback, and offer better pay to match the industry.
