After applying, it took quite some time to receive any update regarding my application. Eventually, I was invited for an initial talk with HR. The HR representative assured me that I would receive a response by the end of the week, but in reality, it took more than two weeks to hear anything back.
I was then invited to another interview with two team managers. While they seemed capable and smart, the interview itself felt very robotic, as if they were simply following a checklist rather than having an engaging conversation. It was clear that they weren’t hiring for their own team but for the company in general.
After the interview, they promised to get back to me within a few days, but once again, I had to wait weeks for any response. Eventually, I was rejected, and I had to reach out myself to even get the reasons for their decision.
Overall, I don’t think the issue was with the individuals conducting the interviews—they seemed competent. The problem was the process itself: slow, impersonal, and lacking clear communication.

Question 1
What has been your most significant project, and why?
The interview process at flo.health typically includes an initial screening, technical assessment, and multiple interviews with team members. It focuses on assessing skills, culture fit, and problem-solving abilities. Great interview process.
I had an HR interview for a Senior Software Engineer position and was promised feedback within three days. However, I had to follow up myself after four days. The result was an invitation to the next interview stage, but over the next two weeks, the HR team became unresponsive and didn't reply to my emails, even though they actively posted on LinkedIn about seeking Senior Software Engineers. I had to reach out to HR again, and they scheduled the second interview. Due to personal reasons, I needed to reschedule it for the following week. On the day of the rescheduled interview, I called HR to confirm if the interview would take place, and they suggested postponing it to the next week due to busy interviewers and calendar synchronization issues. The following week arrived, but the interview did not take place, and no one contacted me.
The hiring process has been very inconsistent. At times, the HR team is unavailable due to personal reasons and can't find a replacement. Other times, there are calendar synchronization issues, and sometimes there's complete silence.
