1 Hiring Manager Interview followed by 2 Technical Interviews. After my 3rd interview I was ghosted despite following up with the recruiter. All feedback until that point was good and still they could not be bothered to let me know any outcomes.

I had 4 stages of interviewing and all of them went smoothly. I knew where I was, what was the stage for and all necessary details. I got answers from HR in time and had no misunderstanding or difficulties.
