It felt like the process was one sided. I had one hour interview with the recruiter who couldn’t say how many stages of the process there are. Next, one hour interview with managers who asked me a bunch of technical questions. I expected more of describing the position and getting to know each other session at this point. Eg. the interviewers couldn’t answer what were the goals for this/next quarter. There was no time for me to ask about their background. Instead I was interrupted when answering one of the questions.
