Interview
The recruiter was the most awkward person I’ve ever spoken to. She just asked questions like she was reading them off a page. No conversation, just very canned responses when asked about company culture and opportunities for growth. Took less than 30 mins and left me feeling like she didn’t know how to do her job, and didn’t really learn anything at all about me. After, I got an email telling me I was “over qualified” for the role. What nonsense. People are looking for jobs, it is up to you to find a place for them if they have desired qualities. I would never work here.
