I interviewed at Flightstar Aircraft Services (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
Very labor intensive. Was contacted by someone from MRO holdings. No contact information for any of the interviewers. Interviews were more of a "gotcha" moment trying to find out what you don't know Vs what you know. Wouldn't hear anything for weeks, then would get a random email requesting another interview. Was not informed of them hiring someone, got ghosted instead. Avoid, their culture is broken
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Was I married? Did I have children? Highly illegal to ask these in the USA. If you're from Mexico do your research or seek advice first. Not EEOC compliant.
