Question 1
Questions revolved around why Flexport and industry wide issues. Believe they were also looking for people who want to drive change and self-starters.
the managers who interviewed me were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The team seemed like a very nice and eager team to work with and I was actually very excited.They asked the whole supply chain and forwarding route based on what I know. The CEO was friendly as well and shared a lot about the company. 3 weeks later, I get a whatapp message from the HR saying I got the job. I do not think the HR is efficient at all. He could not even give me what the benefits of the company was and the salary range. Basically wasted my time. Since I got the job, I sent him a message about my queries about the benefits and salary that I'm looking for and since then I've been ghosted by the company. Just a very weird process. If you can afford to pay me, you could just be transparent instead of ghosting candidates.

Phone screen, interview with the hiring manager, followed by an assessment. Great experience with recruiter. Recruiter followed up at every stage promptly. The assessment was relatively challenging - will vary depending with your familIarity with the industry and the metrics they use.
