A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. We spoke for about 10 mins. Next week my profile was approved for the interview process! Both interviews are behavioral based with 2-3 analytical questions. Total of 9 questions for both interviews. Interviewers were energetic! And relatively young in their careers at Flexport. Recruiter reached out at the end of the week with an offer!
