I applied online. I interviewed at Flexport (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Phone Interview with manager, which ended with him saying "I really hope you get hired." This was followed up a week later with a 3-4 hour video interview with 4 separate Flexport employees. This included two small case studies. I found the interviewers easy to speak to and informative about the company. The interview ended without any concrete follow up, which I realize I needed to ask about, ie: "Will I hear back whether I receive an offer or not?" I felt very good about how it went, but I haven't heard back yet (10 days later), so still hoping.
Very easy. Simple math calculation in a problem solving question. Basic standard interview questions are asked. Nothing too hard. This role doesn't need experience. They are more interested in character.

There was a pre-screen with the HR. The second round was scheduled a week later with a panel of three. The interviewers ranged from the dept manager to your future coworker. It was an enjoyable interview experience.
