I received an email to give my availability for a phone screen time to connect. I responded within 24hrs and was given a time to expect the call. I never received a call but 8 minutes after my phone screen was supposed to start, I got an email requesting to reschedule for the next day. I provided my availability and then did not hear back, no call the next day either. Then the following week the recruiter emailed me and apologized, asked to reschedule again. I gave her my availability for the next few days and we again selected a time to connect. Again, she missed the phone call, but this time no email. I followed up 3 times via email and once via phone and never heard back over the next several weeks. I also did not receive even a generic email stating that the position was filled, though I no longer see it online. I am currently a recruiter so I understand that work gets busy and interviews may run over, so I didn't mind rescheduling. However to never even get the opportunity to interview because the recruiter cannot manage their time and never receive feedback that the position was filled is completely unprofessional.

Interview
I had seven rounds of interviews with them during the pandemic and they would not even give me feedback after a rejection. Rejecting me is mid, but if you do seven rounds any feedback would be welcome.

Question 1
Why should we hire you compared to the other applicants we have?

Interview
I applied online and was contacted a few days later for a phone interview. The phone interview asked basic questions about why I wanted the job, what I was looking for, and why I was qualified. I was asked to have a second interview, but didn't hear back from them for a week to schedule the time. The onsite interview was three hours long, with 4 different people. They were all very friendly, and asked typical questions. They said they would get back to me in a few days with a decision. A few days later when they said a decision would be made, they postponed saying they would contact me later in the week. We scheduled a time to have a call. They never called, and I followed up with them. Turns out they just forgot. We rescheduled for another time a few days later, and they didn't call, AGAIN! So we rescheduled a third time and they called 30 minutes late. Even in a fast-paced and quickly growing company, you have to make the time to follow through on your commitments. To push back a meeting once, and then forget twice, and then call late is terribly unprofessional, and frankly inexcusable for a hiring manager. The feedback was appreciated, but a timely email would have sufficed.

Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter. Got invited to an on-site and completed a scheduling exercise before coming onsite. Knew exactly who I'd be meeting with and for how long. Enjoyed my conversation with everyone but ultimately did not get the offer.
