First Interview (Online – Microsoft Teams):
This was a relaxed and conversational meeting, not your typical Q&A session. The focus was more on getting to know me as a person rather than just ticking boxes. It felt more like a dialogue than an interrogation, which helped ease the pressure and allowed for a more genuine exchange.
Second Interview (In-Person):
This stage was held face-to-face and was more in-depth. The team was genuinely interested in understanding my motivations, long-term aspirations, and how I would fit into the company culture. It was clear they valued authenticity and were looking for someone who was not only qualified but also truly enthusiastic about the role and the organization.
