Two interview rounds, both easy. In the first interview, the interviewer felt like he was checking his messages, went away from the desk for some time and left me writing the code, was distracted and wasn't paying attention to what I was saying or doing. He gave me an easy LC problem, once I told him that my solution should work, he told me to write test methods and test if it actually works. It worked, and that's all he saw. Moved forward to the second round, this interviewer was better, paid attention and asked questions. It was a very easy problem, and I solved it in no time, wrote tests and ran tests against my solution, which succeeded as well. After that he told a little about the product, and I was expecting a good feedback/offer. I didn't hear back for a week, and then I sent a follow up email and haven't heard back since. I tried calling the recruiter who was working from India, and no response there either. At least have the decency to tell the candidate why you rejected him/her. People look unhappy and rude, and I wouldn't waste time interviewing with them in future.
