Flex Direct interview questions

James was super nice and the interview was easy and pain free! Got offered the job right away! Was asked what my plans were for the future and if I was willing to do work to make some serious money. My advice, do not stress, be yourself and you will do great! But if you are not willing to work, then do not bother applying.

I initially had a phone interview with the Newton, Ma manager and it went very smoothly. This was not an interview where I felt I was being interrogated the whole time. The manager was very easy to speak with and we built great rapport. After my phone interview, I had an interview at the office and that also went very well. The manager laid out what I would be doing on a day to day basis which helped out my understanding of what the company actually did. I would recommend this company to anyone.
