Short three round interviews. First was phone second was Skype, thirdly was in person. After that, I was offered the job. I would say sure your really confident in your past experiences and what benefits you would bring to the company.

Interview
Dual interview process where I interviewed in person and on the phone at the same time. Minimal personality questions and more focused on practical applications. I was asked my opinion whether their specific dealings with social media was effective. Overall, the process was pleasant as I it provided a framework that my opinion would have value in the manner that Afs conducted its decisions.
