I found the job through a recruiter after applying for a different job. First I interviewed with the recruiter on the phone, then with the project manager remotely on camera. Was offered a job pretty much on the spot. Very few technical questions.

not responsive at all - very slow take ages to reply back with offer letter or any updates - not professional - biased as well when you know the internal politics
