Very fast! The interview process consisted of:
- Initial phone screening with recruiter (20 - 30 min)
- Zoom video interview with team lead for case managers/client managers (30 min)
- Zoom video interview with Senior Manager (30 min)
The process in its entirety took about 2 weeks for me due to my availability. It could really take about a week or less.

Phone Screening: Why Flare? Tell us about your past experience? How do you handle a highly emotional customer/client?
Team Lead Interview: Tell me about your past experience and what drew you to this specific role. What are your greatest strengths? What do you think you’ll have the hardest time with in this role?
Senior Manager Interview: Based on your past experience, how did this role align with that you’re looking for? Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer– how did you handle it and what were the outcomes? Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a client. What is one thing that might annoy you in the workplace, or something that just grinds your gears?
