There were four stages to the process. It was very smooth and transparent, I was updated about the progress of the application throughout the process. You get insightful feedback after each stage. 1. Initial 30 min call with the talent team to understand my previous experience, motivation and explain the hiring process 2. Technical stage where I met some of the team and was asked general technical questions about my experience as well as doing a PR review. 3. Culture add stage which was informal and great to understand the culture at Flagstone and also asked me questions to see whether I'd be a good fit. 4. Team speed meet stage where I met peers I'd be working closely with. Everyone was friendly and it's great to get an insight into ways of working before starting the job!
